REAL ESTATE SALES – looking to take your career to the next level?

Ray White Croydon is looking for a pro-active, outgoing and hard working person who is looking for an opportunity to learn on the job. You will need your Agents Representatives Certificate, car and current drivers license.

The ideal candidate will ideally have around 12 months real estate experience and be committed to making real estate sales a long term career. We have a full time Sales Coach as well as an experienced team that will guide and train you.  We are confident we can take your career to the next level.  Most of our current sales agents have been with us between 3-9 years and are Premier or Elite Achievers within the Ray White Group.

The role will include prospecting for new business through networking, telephone prospecting and door knocking. In addition, the role will develop into working with buyers to help them find their dream home or investment property and then into a full listing and selling role.

The successful candidate will be well presented and confident in talking to people from all ages and backgrounds, they will be polite yet outgoing, IT savvy and not frightened to try new things. They will also need to be organised and happy to work as a team and also by themselves.
