REAL ESTATE SALES – looking for a career change? or a new agency?

We are looking for a pro-active, outgoing and hard working person who is looking for an opportunity to learn on the job. You will need your Agents Representatives Certificate, car and current drivers license.

The ideal candidate will be looking to start in real estate sales and learn from the ground up. If you are looking for a career change or simply looking to go from a PA role to a full sales role then we are keen to talk to you.  We have a full time Sales Coach as well as an experienced team that will guide and training you.  If you are currently a PA or you’ve been in real estate less than 2 years we are confident we can take your career to the next level.  Most of our current sales agents have been with us between 3-8 years.

The role will include prospecting for new business through networking, telephone prospecting and door knocking. In addition the role will develop into working with buyers to help them find their dream home or investment property and then into a full listing and selling role.

The successful candidate will be well presented and confident in talking to people from all ages and backgrounds, they will be polite yet outgoing, IT savvy and not frightened to try new things. They will also need to be organised and happy to work as a team and also by themselves.

The ideal candidate will be wanting a long term career in real estate sales. Experience with buying and selling real estate is ideal but not essential.
