Sometimes in business (& life) its difficult to see why certain things are happening at the time….My theory is that everything happens for a reason and when things don’t go quite to my original plan – I need to take note that a change in direction is necessary.
The last 12 months has seen Ray White Croydon’s Property Management Department undergo a comprehensive restructure. A talented and experienced team has been put in place along with the best available technology and systems – taking landlord and tenant services to a premium level and in a new direction. I’m confident to say we have the most experienced & competent Team in the area. We’ve consciously built a team of outstanding “Senior Property Managers”, each bringing a minimum of 10 years and some up to 20 years property management experience. A property manager with a high level of experience is a signal that you’re dealing with a career-focused real estate professional with a passion for helping investors to grow their investment and is committed to communication and follow-up. Team Leader Darren Krause and myself have also researched and trialled leading technologies on the market and implemented the top three. Collectively, these changes provide our landlords with unparalleled stability and continuity of property management service.
In addition to the leasing database mentioned above recent additions to our service include:
A new report generation system assists in the production of exceptionally detailed and accurate routine inspection reports and in-going and out-going condition reports. Constantly updated reports are complete with dated photographs that allow simple cross-referencing for all parties. Landlords receive a routine inspection report via email which includes detailed photos of their property. We will also soon be releasing an automatic maintenance request system that will track maintenance from the initial request stage through to completion. This will all be done via an APP on a tenants & tradesperson phone. Progress updates will ensure that landlords and tenants have total transparency and that maintenance is promptly attended to.
