Genuine, motivated and customer-focused, Mallory has spent her entire working life in customer-centred roles, in industries such as hospitality management, human resources, aged care services and now real estate. Mallory enjoys the challenges and the rewards that go hand-in-hand with customer-oriented roles, as well as the way they allow her the opportunity to engage and build rapport with new people every day.

Mallory takes every chance to learn and to advance her knowledge for the benefit of her clients. Her reliable and proactive approach ensures that buyers and sellers alike feel at ease and know that she has every detail covered, from start to finish of the property sale process.  

She also enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative and creative solutions to problems. Outstanding communication skills are fundamental to any customer-facing role and Mallory prides herself on her ability to build positive and honest relationships with everyone she works with.

Her clients benefit from Mallory’s extensive knowledge of the local area, a product of her having lived here her entire life. She always takes that extra step to ensure she listens carefully to her clients needs and concerns to ensure she can deliver the best solutions for each individual and their situation. 

Away from work, she enjoys volunteering with various charities, including St Vincent de Paul and the Cancer Council. A people person at her core, she loves spending time with friends and family, whether it be for a hike, a glass of wine or a leisurely Sunday breakfast.
